Poor George W. Bush. If he were a teensy little bit smarter, he might have pulled it off. Apparently, after reaching the final leg of his stewardship of the office, he has at last figured out one minor facet of the job.

At first, I thought I was reading about how the Bible Belt was riding roughshod over a sleazy businessman's rights to run a sketchy online business. After skimming through this article, it appears that it is actually not a case of Quixotic instincts or even simple fundamentalist over-reaching to misapplication of doctrine. Rather, it appears that this is a strong arm move to deep six the competition. Doomed to failure, if anyone knows much of anything about the law down there...
