When Does "History" Kick In, Anyway?

The President has been saying, for 6 years or more now - he'll let history judge him and his actions. I wonder when it is that he thinks "History" kicks in. From his nonchalant approach to dismantling the constitution, and so many other important national institutions, I get the idea he thinks it will be after he is done getting away with his various criminal activities, at the very least. I am betting he hopes it is, further, after any relevant statutes of limitations have expired. After that, I expect his interest in history will wane considerably.

What I think he doesn't get is that history begins every second of every day. History, in fact, has been judging him since he first opened his mouth on the campaign trail. How it has judged, and will continue to judge him, is more a matter of who is doing the judging than of any amount of time having passed.

From here, it doesn't look like he has been judged well, and there appears to be little likelihood that this will change in the next hundred or thousand years.

My president is a moron. Pass it on.

His only saving grace is that the House Majority Leader is either too stupid to recognize that this administration needs to be impeached, or too corrupted to show the backbone needed to address that need.
